We started the business in 1992 when it became evident that conventional general practice Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents did not have the specialised knowledge required to deal with the range of planning, legal and technical issues relevant to development land.

We extend over the North West of England from the M56 in the south, up to and including South Cumbria in the north and from the Lancashire Coast in the west to Burnley/Colne/Rochdale in the east.

We act for a substantial number of land owning companies and private individuals but are always seeking new clients with new opportunities to sell.

We operate a substantial mailing list/database with a full range of potential purchasers interested in building land from single building plots to large development opportunities and properties with development potential.

Land will not sell itself. A high level of personal contact and effort combined with efficient technical support is essential. Almost every site has its complexities and difficulties but it is the efficient resolution of problems which maximises the value and provides the land owner with the best result.
